1 YEAR OF YOUTUBE! + Speedart Saturday- Animal Jam Fanart for Gellyjones

OMIGOSH GUYSSSSSSSSSSS IT HAS BEEN ONE YEAR SINCE I STARTED YOUTUBE =D  It's really cool to have been making Animal Jam videos for a year :)  Well, technically, I've been MAKING Animal Jam videos for much longer than just a year.  I just wasn't allowed to post them to YouTube until one year ago ;)  I believe that the first AJ video I EVER made, I made WAAAAAY back when I first joined Animal Jam, and it was an Animal Jam music video for my favorite song.
Of course, my favorite song back then had no lyrics.... so I made them up.  I'm sure they were quite cringey, but the video no longer exists so... I dunno.  Luckily, I wasn't allowed to use YouTube back then, so the cringiness never made it to the internet XD   Shortly after making the video, I had to delete it because it took up so much space... but I remember having so much fun making it ;)

Anyways, here's today's episode of Speedart Saturday- some fanart I drew for Gellyjones :)

Also, I'm going to put up a poll on what I should do for my 1 Year of YouTube video, so please vote for what you want me to make =D  Also, feel free to let me know any suggestions for Animal Jam or Art videos that YOU want to see in the future on my channel, along with any Q&A questions you want me to answer in future speedpaint videos!

Speedart Saturday- Lionessgirl54- WITH TRADITIONAL SPEEDPAINT :D

YES!  SPEEDART SATURDAY IS HERE!  I've been super excited to post this episode because this time, I included the sketching process on paper.  (Sorry for the poor-quality camera; it's the only camera I have XD)

  And here's the art itself:

I must admit, it was kinda hard to draw the sketch working around the camera, so I don't know if I'll record the sketching process for all my speedpaint videos in the future.  Lemme know what you think, though!

Also, I need some good Q&A questions for me and my sister to answer in a speedpaint video that we did together!  Yep, she drew with me!  I'm not the only artist in my family ^.^  So if you have any questions for me and her to answer, please ask!  (If you're not able to comment on my blog, you can ask them on my Jammer Wall in Animal Jam; my AJ username is crazcatlover )

Well, that's all for this post!  I hope you're having a super fabulous, wonderful, fantastic day!  A fab-wonder-tastic day!  Yeah!  Have a fab-wonder-tastic day, Jammers ;)

Speedart Preview- Graciepopstar91 and Coolcat89252

Here's the preview sketch for my art trade with Graciepopstar91!  She asked me to draw both her wolf and her friend, Coolcat89252,'s wolf.  I had some difficulty drawing 2 animals together, but here's the sketch:

I might turn the digital lineart for this drawing into some coloring pages (I really want to make a lot more coloring pages, but whenever I end up drawing Animal Jam art, it's always art for speedpaint videos XD)

What do you think?  Would you like to color this picture?

(Also, Gracie, if you could, can you not make your part of the art trade into a masterpiece?  If you do, please don't gift me a copy.  It's kinda complicated, but if you want to know why I'm asking this weird request of you, please read the post that's right before this one)

Speedart Saturday- Animal Jam Speedpaint for JinxedEmotions

Heyo, Jammers!  For this week's episode of Speedart Saturday, I drew my part of my art-trade with my buddy, JinxedEmotions!

  And here's the art itself:

By the way, my art contest is now closed; the winners will be announced tomorrow!  There is still time to  enter my rare Purple Long Spiked Collar giveaway, though!  You can enter by either sending me, crazcatlover, a Jam-A-Gram in Animal Jam that says 'Wow' (dunno why I chose 'Wow' as the word, but that's just so I can tell which Jam-A-Grams are giveaway entries XD), or simply commenting your AJ username below!  Winners will be chosen on April 6th!

Speedart Saturday- Gummyfummy6 + Writing Contest

Heyo, Jammers.  I've been a lazy, lazy kitty and didn't put Speedart Saturday here on my blog on, well, Saturday.  It's not that much effort to just make a tiny little post with my video and art but nooooo, lazy me thought to myself, "Eh, I'll post it after I finish watching this YouTube video...." but noooo, lazy me just had to watch YouTube videos until lazy me had to get off of the computer.  I'm sorry.  Here's the video.

  And here's the art itself:

Also, my buddy Graciepopstar91 is hosting a short story writing contest on her blog, The Animal Jam Friendship Community!

I'm not going to be entering because, 1) I'm more of an artist than a writer; 2) I need to write The Time-Freeze if I write anything; and 3) I kinda provided part of the prize so it'd be weird if I entered.

So if you're a writer, click here for Gracie's post about the contest so you can see how to enter!

And if you are planning on entering but you're stuck on what to write, try using these Animal Jam Story Cards that I came up with and see if they can help =)

(Also I gave up on captioning my videos because the YouTube captioning system is glitchy and destroyed hours of my hard captioning work..... soooo.... yeah.....)

Aaaaand that's all for today's post.  Byeeeeee!

Speedart Saturday- Animal Jam Speedpaint for Meeplove

I'm so sorry for forgetting to post this to my blog!  I posted it on YouTube on Saturday but I've been soooo tired for the last few days... which is either the cause or effect of me doing nothing but watch Gravity Falls fan comic dubs and music videos for the last few days...  Anyways, here's the speedart, hope you enjoy!

  Here's the art itself:

And if you're also an artist, check out my Art Contest page to learn more about the art contest I'm hosting!  It ends on March 31st, so if you're reading this before then, feel free to enter!

And now, I'm going to go back to watching Gravity Falls fan comic dubs.

Speedart Saturday + Sarahkey8's Jamaasian Middle Character

Heyo, Jammers!  It's Saturday, so that means SPEEDART SATURDAY 😄  I actually meant to upload this on Tuesday, but I didn't manage to get the narration done then.  Soo, I did it today!  Here it is; I hope you enjoy =)

And of course, here's the art itself:

And now, today's Jamaasian Middle drawing for Swirlshine's Jamaasian Middle story on her blog, The Weekly Jammer News!  I'm on a mission to draw all of the Blogger characters in this story, and today I drew my buddy Sarahkey8.

I like how this drawing turned out, though I did struggle with the hands... hands are hard to draw XD  I had to do quite a bit of digital editing to the hands, but in the end, I was satisfied with how they looked.

If you also read this story, or you have a character in this story, visit my Jamaasian Middle Fan Art Page and help me fill out the form provided for the Blogger characters in the story so I can draw them 😄  I'm currently working on drawing Purple!  I really hope all the Bloggers like the art of their characters, and hopefully Swirlshine likes that I'm drawing the characters from her story 😃

I'm going to be tagging all of my posts with art of the Blogger characters with the tag Blogger portal character art.  I also have a page called 'Jamaasian Middle Fan Art' where I'll post all of the characters I draw!

Speedart Preview- Sophiao2020

My buddy Sophiao2020 asked me to draw their snow leopard as a human!  I decided I'd share a bit of the drawing process with you before the speedart video is posted :)

(oopsy, forgot to draw the cupid wings in this sketch XD  I realized this when I started doing the lineart digitally, so I added them in 😉)

Here it is with the digital lineart and basic colors 😃

  And here's the finished result!

Be on the lookout for the speedart video of it, coming Saturday!

Animal Jam Speedart- Art Trade with Anjulfire (+ Masterpiece for Louise50250)

Here's the speedart video for my buddy, Anjulfire!  Sorry it's late... My schedule should be back to normal now, though :)

And of course, the art itself:

I've finally opened commissions again!  If you want to order an art commission or art trade, click here!  My schedule is filling up fast, so make sure to order art while you can!

I also want to share with you my latest Masterpiece, for my buddy Louise50250 ;)  I kept forgetting about this commission... oopsy.  At least it's finally finished :D

(By the way, I'm not accepting commissions for new masterpieces at the moment, just speedart videos)

I'm doing a Q&A style thing in my speedart videos now- if you have any questions for me about Animal Jam, my videos, my art, or my blog, just ask me here or on my Jammer Wall, and I'll answer your question in a speedart video 😁!

Speedart Preview- Art Trade with Anjulfire

I like to draw the art for Speedart Saturdays on Thursdays, so that I will definitely have the art and video finished by Saturday.  However, I was quite sick on Thursday.... and on Friday I was desperately trying to get Animal Jam Art Gallery Episode 17 finished...
Sooo I drew this today.... on Saturday....  and when I finished, there wasn't enough time to edit all the video files together, save as a file I can upload to YouTube, and upload it to YouTube... much less enough time for a voice-over.  So Speedart Sunday has returned....  Oh, well....  Here's the drawing, at least.

I seriously feel like Anjulfire's arctic wolf as a human would make an awesome superhero...  Even the name 'Anjulfire' sounds like a great superhero name!  Anyways, hope you enjoy this drawing and look forward to the video coming tomorrow!

I'm doing a Q&A style thing in my speedart videos now- if you have any questions for me about Animal Jam, my videos, my art, or my blog, just ask me here or on my Jammer Wall, and I'll answer your question in a speedart video 😁!

Speedart Saturday- Animal Jam Speedart for Echokittyy

Echokittyy's speedart video, done at last!  This one took forever.... I started drawing it on Monday, planning to do 2 speedart videos this week, but it's been so rainy here and I've been a lazy kitty and didn't manage to finish the drawing until this morning.... which is just ridiculous.  So the narration is pretty short because I was working on that until the afternoon so I decided, 'I don't need to narrate the whole video, but I do need to get this finished and posted soon,' so I did just a partial narration.  Anyways, here's the video!

And here's the art:

Speedart Saturday- Animal Jam Masterpiece for Abca (NARRATED)

Today, I tried something new and actually did a voiceover for this episode of Speedart Saturday!  Voiceovers are quite common in regular speed paint videos, but I've never seen any Animal Jam speed paint videos with voiceovers before.  Hopefully you guys enjoy :D

And the art itself:

So sorry for having to close commissions for a while, but currently my schedule is a bit too much for me to handle.  I'll re-open commissions as soon as I've finished all the ones that are currently in my schedule!

Be sure to be on the lookout for the GIVEAWAY I'll be hosting here once I get 200 subscribers :D I'll be giving away some of my masterpieces and maybe even some spikes if I can get some by then!
